Tim Jessen

Tim has spent the last 20 plus years helping corporate leaders and small business owners achieve their goals.   

He gets his greatest satisfaction when he is collaborating with clients to create plans they can understand and implement with intentional results.  Clients often remark about Tim's ability to ask questions that help them get to the heart of the issue they are discussing.  His experience as a leadership coach has ingrained in Tim the importance of listening with an open mind and an ability to hear the ideas that are just below the surface.  Tim's greatest strength is his ability to keep clients engaged in performing the activities they have identified as critical to achieving their goals.   

Tim finds his personal inspiration with family and friends-preferably while they are enjoying hiking or skiing in the mountains of Montana!  Reading mystery novels and business development books and cooking fill in Tim's free time.

Randy Kaufmann

Randy has been providing strategic planning, marketing and consulting since the early 1980s. His passion has always been helping others to share their ideas more effectively—to bring order to the chaos of everyday communication.  

For the past two years, Randy has been President of POP Wealth Marketing, serving the marketing needs of the financial services industry, helping clients to retain and acquire profitable clients. Today POP services have been incorporated into the SagePointe service package, and broadened to provide a more holistic experience—where marketing strategies are integrated with other key business decisions.  

Randy has been blessed with a wonderful family, especially a loving wife who has supported his business ventures. He has also maintained an extended advisory relationship with the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra that has offered both enjoyment and growth.
